No matter how many works you do
You may still have Jesus say that He never knew you (Matt. 7:22-23)
To enter the kingdom of our Lord
We must do the will of the Father (Matt. 7:21)
But what must we do to do the will of God'
It's so simple
You must believe in His one and only Son (John 6:40)
Because then you'll be born again and have God living and working good (John 3:3)
Works through you, through you (Heb. 13:21; Eph. 2:10)
There remains a Sabbath rest
For God's people (Heb. 4:9)
We've trusted in the work of Jesus (Rom. 4:5)
After we have rested from our works (Heb. 4:10)
God works in us for His good pleasure (Phil. 2:13)
But what must we do to do the works of God'
It's so simple
You must believe in His one and only Son (John 6:28)
Because then you'll be born again and have God living and working good (John 3:3)
Works through you, through you (Heb. 13:21; Eph. 2:10)
Faith comes from hearing the word of Christ (Rom. 10:17)
All who call upon His name receive life (Rom. 10:13)
How can they call on someone they have not believed'
Or hear without someone to preach' (Rom. 10:14)
How beautiful are the feet of you
Who testify and preach the Good News! (Rom. 10:15)
These are the, the good works that God does through you (Phil. 2:13)
But what must we do to do the will of God'
It's so simple
You must believe in His one and only Son (John 6:40)
Because then you'll be born again and have God living and working good (John 3:3)
Works through you, through you (Heb. 13:21; Eph. 2:10)
But what must we do to do the works of God'
Again it's simple
You must believe in His one and only Son (John 6:28)
Because then you'll be born again and have God living and working good (John 3:3)
Works through you, through you (Heb. 13:21; Eph. 2:10)
