Can't break the habit

I keep talking to myself.
but i'm just not making sense.
I keep looking through the reason,
but it won't move my defence.
I keep going through what's me and you,
it's running around my head.
But there's nothing new in my point of view.
The words have all been said.

but I just can't find the cure.
